Team : Personalized medicine, pharmacogenomics, therapeutic optimization, head Pr. P. LAURENT-PUIG (http://www.crc.jussieu.fr/pierre_laurent_puig.html)
Abstract of the project:
The project focuses on the mechanisms underlying prognosis and treatment resistance in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). By combining analyses on various collections of samples (primary tumour and/or lymph nodes) from patients with localized or metastatic NSCLC as well as cell-based experiments, the aim is to identify novel biomarkers or signalling pathways sustaining metastasis or resistance to targeted therapies and immunotherapy.
Duration:
The offer is for one year. Further grant applications to extend the project can be considered according to progress.
Salary: around 2500 euros
Main activities:
- Molecular analyses of FFPE samples: DNA-RNA isolation, NGS, RT-qPCR
- Bioinformatic analyses of RNAseq data
