Plateforme de génomique et transcriptomique
Pour leur projet “OMIC”, les équipes du CARPEM s’appuient sur l’expertise de plusieurs plateformes localisées sur les différents sites :
- La plateforme de génomique et de transcriptomique de l’Institut Cochin : Genom’ic
- La plateforme de l’HEGP
- La plateforme de l’hôpital Cochin
- La plateforme du site des Saints-Pères (INSERM 1147)
Plateforme de l'Institut Cochin : GENOM'IC

GENOM’IC est une plateforme technologique dédiée à l’étude du génome et du transcriptome. Cette plateforme met à disposition son expertise ainsi que des équipements de hautes technologies comme la PCR quantitative, les puces ADN et ARN ainsi que les dernières technologies de séquençage (NGS, Next Genertion Sequencing).
Équipements :
- Une station Affymetrix (1 scanner 3000G, 2 fluidiques FS450, 2 hybridization ovens)
- 3 LC480 and 4 LC1.5 instruments (Roche) 1robot EP Motion 5070 (Eppendorf)
- 2 Bioanalyzer 2100 (Agilent) ; 2 Nanodrop ND1000 et 2000 et 1 Qbit (Invitrogen)
- 1 Solid 5500XL (Life tech); One Ion Proton + 1 One touch proton (Life tech)
- 2 Ion Torrent PGM + 3 One touch PGM (Life tech); 1 Covaris DNA shearing system
